Silence, supernovas and stardust

We are made of silence, supernovas and stardust, born of ancient soil.

The reworked lyrics of the song, “Turning Wake”  by Ayla Nereo  contain some of my favourite “s” words; space, silence, stars and of course soil.

To think we are all made of the same cosmic stuff, we are all connected, yet we can struggle daily in our individual and collective human predicament to stay alive and thrive at this time on the planet.

Looking up to the stars is my nightly reverence and reminder practice of where we came from, from the quiet inside the big bang. A sudden burst of energy in which time and space began, the first stars were born. We were born.

As you might know two trains of thought run through my imaginal cells and help keep the wings of the bird in flight: the material and the spiritual.

Material World
On a material level, our life force and energy is dependent on these ancient minerals; minerals that come into being through stardust, soil and water – sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium. According to planetary Scientist Ashley King nearly all the elements of the human body, in the periodic table were born in a star that went supernova – exploded powerfully into space.

Some minerals, called electrolytes, carry an electric charge. Our cells use these charged elements, called ions, to generate electric currents which can be measured. When we run low on minerals/electrolytes our whole body struggles. Biofeedback, bioresonance or frequency medicine helps to find the leaks in the body electric and restore balance to the nervous and immune system.

And why should you care? Because ions or electrolytes are why we feel soo damn good after walking on the beach, swimming in the ocean, being in nature.  We absorb these ions through our breath, our skin and of course our food.  Like a Tesla car you can literally be recharged by your own energy being plugged back into Source, to Nature.

As life stressors increase we deplete our mineral supply and getting enough for all our body processes becomes super important especially as we age and need to maintain muscle and bone strength to stay upright and prevent falls. If you are feeling off balance, your energy flagging, more pain, a restless mind, difficult digestion especially around your cycle or during and after menopause, think magnesium, think iron, think calcium, selenium, zinc, think trace minerals boron, silicon, iodine and manganese.

Foods rich in minerals include: nuts and seeds, organ meats like liver, green leafy veg and cruciferous veg like broccoli, eggs, root veg like beetroot and seafood and seaweed. Here are some simple steps to remineralise your cells.

  1. Drink mineralised, filtered water. You can find it just up our valley, Currumbin valley, Bountiful. Or install a water purifier or use drops like Purinize.
  2. Eat foods grown in mineral rich soils, spray free and organic if possible.
  3. Eat foods high in essential fatty acids – fish, seeds, seaweeds/algae – to support flow of ions across the cell membrane.
  4. Supplement with minerals: liquid fulvic acid, shilijit found mainly in the Himalayas, practitioner only powders and cell salts, homeopathic minerals that support the body’s ability to absorb and utilise minerals from food.

We began as mineral. We emerged into plant life, and into the animal state, and then into being human, and always we have forgotten our former states, except in early spring when we slightly recall being green again.

Spiritual World

On a spiritual level, there is a reason why you are alive now; the world needs you, needs incredible people, incredible women with an intense commitment to kindness, human heartedness, courage, strength, compassion, and resilience for Earth’s evolution with a bigger vision of what is to come. We know many of them, we ARE them. Read more about them here

If you tune into the body electric, your star self via the rhythms of your heart and your breath you can change your energy field and bring about a more regulated nervous system state.  Meditation is biofeedback, breathwork is biofeedback. The very fact of your existence is biofeedback. There is nothing left to do but relax and enjoy!

We’re going to need people who are regulated, in a very, very difficult, stressful world.
